This last week was a tough one for me. I was really busy and the weather was crappy. I didn't get a lot of exercise in and that's going to make this week that much tougher. I really want to hit the road hard and put some serious miles behind me to kick start my weight loss again. I haven't been eating very well either. Dang bacon is sooooo good. So today, I'm back on the wagon. Eggs and toast with homemade huckleberry jam. A nice light breakfast to start the day. In short, I had a small relapse into bad habits but it's all better now. I'm off to take Magnus out for a ride.
