Going down?
I have recently re-evaluated my eating habits and saw a lot of room for change. I've been ignoring my breakfasts and eating waaaaaayyyy too many calories for lunch and dinner. What brought on this review? you ask... Well, I was reading a "Men's Health" magazine and it had this little one page article that talked mostly about cross training but the guy who wrote it said that he didn't drop any weight until he changed his eating schedule. He said to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. He cut out all pop and fast food. UND ZWAR.... that's what I've done. I've already lost 3 pounds!!!
